Our Mission

To ensure that neurodivergent and anxious students never have to face the lonely academic struggle that I did.

Every student deserves access to an education that works for them, not against them.

How Fulfil Tutoring Started

When I was younger, I struggled going to school every day.

The sensory overstimulation, the perplexing social interactions, and the constant anxiety became too much.

When I was 12, I walked into my Year 8 maths classroom in and developed an instant headache. I went home that day and didn’t return.

Technically, it was called 'Emotionally Based School Avoidance' (EBSA).

But to me it was more than "school anxiety"; it was physical panic that forced me to run to safety.

I tried everything: returning to my original secondary school, a SEND provision, and a local school 5 minutes from home.

Long story short, nothing worked.

Even after I was diagnosed with autism and had an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP), I couldn't go back to school – even though I loved to learn.

The turning point came when I found the right environment.

Supported at home during lockdown and then at an online school for A-levels, I finally had a space that stimulated my mind without triggering my anxiety. I achieved straight Grade 9s at GCSE and A*s at A-Level.

I’ve always known I wasn't alone. So many students struggle, not because they don't want to learn, but because the system doesn't work for them.

Since becoming a tutor, I have worked with many students who feel the same – suffering silently and struggling to keep up.

This continues until students ask for help or someone steps in.

Fulfil Tutoring is stepping in.
